2. About the Services
Sisi Burn Photography provides portrait photography and related creative photography services. Furthermore, the information about sessions, pricing, and services on this website serves as a guide and may update periodically.
3. Intellectual Property
Sisi Burn owns all photographs, images, text, and other content displayed on this website unless otherwise stated. Additionally, UK copyright law protects all images, and you may not copy, reproduce, download, distribute, or use them commercially without prior written permission. Moreover, you may not use images for artificial intelligence training, datasets, or machine learning systems without explicit written consent.
4. Booking and Payment
- You must book photography sessions in advance.
- A booking fee is required to secure your session date and time. Sisi Burn considers a session confirmed only once she receives this booking fee.
- Both parties will agree on the remaining balance for the session at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide as much notice as possible.
- More than 48 hours’ notice: Sisi Burn can transfer your booking fee to another session date or refund it in full.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: The booking fee is non-refundable.
If the photographer needs to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, she will arrange a new session date or refund the booking fee in full.
6. Delivery of Images
- Sisi Burn will deliver final images digitally unless both parties agree otherwise.
- Additionally, delivery timelines may vary depending on the project. She will communicate these timelines at the time of booking.
7. Image Usage and Copyright
- Sisi Burn retains copyright of all photographs.
- Furthermore, she grants clients a licence to use the images for personal or agreed promotional purposes. However, clients may not sell, license, or use images commercially without prior written permission.
8. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Sisi Burn may use photographs from sessions for portfolio purposes, including display on her website, social media, exhibitions, and promotional materials. Therefore, if you would prefer she does not use your images publicly, please discuss this with her prior to the session.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sisi Burn Photography makes every effort to provide high-quality photography services. However, she accepts no liability for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, technical failure, or other unforeseen events. Consequently, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the photography session.
10. Website Use
By using this website, you agree not to misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, or reproduce any content without permission.
