3. Intellectual Property
All photographs, images, text, and other content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Sisi Burn unless otherwise stated.
All images are protected under UK copyright law and may not be copied, reproduced, downloaded, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

4. Booking and Payment
- Photography sessions must be booked in advance.
- A booking fee is required to secure your session date and time. A session is considered confirmed only once this booking fee has been received.
- The remaining balance for the session will be agreed at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide as much notice as possible.
- More than 48 hours’ notice: Your booking fee can be transferred to another session date or refunded in full.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: The booking fee is non-refundable.
If the photographer needs to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a new session date will be arranged or the booking fee will be refunded.
6. Delivery of Images
- Final images will be delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on the project and will be communicated at the time of booking.
7. Image Usage and Copyright
- Copyright of all photographs remains with Sisi Burn.
- Clients are granted a licence to use the images for personal or agreed promotional purposes. Images may not be sold, licensed, or used commercially by third parties without written permission.
8. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Sisi Burn may use photographs created during sessions for portfolio purposes, including display on the website, social media, exhibitions, and promotional materials.
If you would prefer your images not to be used publicly, please discuss this prior to the session.
9. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide high-quality photography services, Sisi Burn Photography shall not be liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, technical failure, or other unforeseen events.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the photography session.
10. Website Use
Users of this website agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or reproduce any content without permission.
